Varsity Roster
Coaching Staff
![]() Head Coach Tom Collins became head coach of the Bolles varsity softball team in 2003. Collins has been a part of the Bolles' family for over a decade and a half, wearing many hats. In addition to coaching varsity softball, he currently is the Middle School Bartram Campus dean of students and serves as the middle school football and basketball coach. Collins, along with the assistant coaches, has led the softball program to unprecedented success. The team posted back-to-back state runner-up finishes and region titles in 2009 and 2010, and won district titles for five consecutive seasons (2008-12). The 2008 district championship was the program's second-ever and the first since 1992. The 2008 team reached the region semi-finals. In 2006, Collins guided the softball squad to a district runner-up finish and a trip to the regional quarterfinals. Collins' wife, Dawn, teaches fifth grade on the Lower School Whitehurst Campus. Collins is very proud of the fact that all of their children graduated from The Bolles School: Catie '96, Joni '98, and Kip '05. |
Assistant Coach Jennifer Willis joined the Bolles staff in 2009. Willis is a 2005 graduate of Bolles where she was a member of the varsity basketball and softball programs. |
Additional Coaches: Sabrina Hartsell, David Reardon |
