2019-20 Planners and Calendars

Campus Store

Stop into the Campus Store on the Upper School San Jose Campus or Middle School Bartram Campus for spirit wear, polo shirts and many other Bolles items! On the lower schools, selected Fridays are "Spirit Days" and on these days, lower school students and faculty may show their school spirit by wearing orange and blue — our school colors. If a student wears a Bolles shirt or orange and blue to help promote school spirit, then he or she may wear jeans to school. On the Middle School Campus, students may wear a Bolles T-shirt with their normal uniform bottoms and on Wednesday's on the Upper School Campus, student may wear a Bolles polo with their prescribed dress code bottoms. Please check dress code links above for specifics. The San Jose Campus Store hours during the school year are Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-4 p.m., hours will fluctuate during pre-planning week (August 5-9). Check the website under "Quicklinks" for store hours during this time. The Middle School Campus store opens Monday, August 12 with normal school-day hours.

Lunch Accounts

Dining services at Bolles are provided by FLIK. Lunches may be purchased through MySchoolBucks.com. Parents may load funds into their student’s MySchoolBucks account and utilize a declining balance system. Menus are posted online and via FLIK’s app, available at MySchoolDiining.com each day. Smart phone aps can be downloaded for MySchoolDining and MySchoolBucks which provide easy opportunities for account deposits and menu information. It also allows parents to view, at any time, what purchases have been made against the account. Students may also bring their lunch to school each day.

Health Forms

All required health forms are needed before the start of the school year. You should have received email prompts to complete any required forms from Magnus. If you are a new parent, please be aware this initial process can be time consuming. However, once initial forms are done and uploaded, future requests are minimal. Thank you.
