Discover the World with Purposeful Learning

At Bolles, our travel programs take learning beyond the classroom by exploring important global issues and a broad range of cross-disciplinary academic subjects. These experiences foster curiosity, cultural awareness, and a deeper global understanding through real-world exploration—encouraging students to investigate the world firsthand.

Across all our programs, we emphasize connection. Whether students stay with a host family through an exchange or spend time with local schools and community groups, they gain a genuine understanding of everyday life in each place. This helps them seek to understand their own perspectives alongside those of others. Additionally, our predeparture sessions and on-trip activities encourage students to bond, collaborate, and support each other, creating a strong sense of community throughout the journey. Some of our programs include an exchange component, giving students the opportunity to live with a family and experience life abroad firsthand.

Before each program departs, students participate in predeparture sessions where they dive deeper into the destination, itinerary, and global themes—preparing them to fully engage and communicate their ideas effectively throughout their experience.
