The Student Global Connections Committee (SGCC) hosted the annual Culture Fair on the Upper School San Jose Campus on April 6. This event aims to celebrate the global diversity represented at Bolles and give students the opportunity to share their cultures with their peers.
This year’s event included student performances, from dancing and poetry recitations to a fashion show, as well as cultural learning at informational tables set up by participating clubs. Food trucks and other games and activities were also held outside of the Bent Student Center and on Bolles Hall Lawn, which was decorated with flags from dozens of countries.
The following countries were represented by upper school clubs, which received service hours for their participation:
