The Bolles tennis teams swept their regional semifinal matches on April 22 to advance to the regional finals. The girls defeated Fernandina 7-0 and the boys defeated Stanton 4-0.

In the girls’ match, Rafa Neel ’27 won 6-0, 6-3 in #1 singles, Grace Dunton ’25 won 6-0, 6-0 at #2, Ines Lahbabi ’29 won 6-0, 6-1 at #3, Violet Herbert ’25 won 6-1, 6-0 at #4 and Raaya Katugaha ’27 won 6-1, 6-1 at #5. Neel and Dunton won #1 doubles 4-2, 4-0 and Lahbabi and Juliana Graham ’31 won 5-3, 5-3 at #2.

On the boys’ side, Michael Zhang ’26 won 6-2, 6-3 at #1 singles, Juan Abenia Ruiz ’27 won 6-0, 6-2 at #3, Luke Kunkle ’25 won 6-0, 6-0 at #4 and John Baumann ’26 won 6-0, 6-1 at #5 to wrap up the Bulldogs’ win.

Both teams play regional final matches on April 24, with the girls playing at Stanton and the boys playing at Fernandina Beach.
