Spring Week Features Dress-Up Days, Friendly Rivalry

Bolles upper school students filled the San Jose Campus with school spirit during Spring Week, held March 30-April 2. Organized by Bolles upper school student activities coordinator Shannen Murray, the annual tradition was paired with Class Competition Week this year, adding daily opportunities for grades to earn points and bragging rights.

Each day featured a grade-specific dress-up theme and an activity, with students earning points by checking in at the competition booth near the Canteen during Activities and lunch periods. The grade with the highest total earned a bonus dress-down day and an ice cream party.

The week began Monday with Sports Day, culminating in pep rally featuring the Bolles Drumline and various games. Tuesday was a Staycation vs. Vacation theme with tie-dyeing on the Bolles Hall lawn. Holiday-themed attire highlighted Wednesday, paired with an all-day Rock Paper Scissors challenge during Zero hour and class periods. Thursday wrapped up the week with Color Wars and a Spring Fest celebration on Bolles Lawn, where final points were tallied and the freshmen came out on top!
