Souper Plans for PVB Lunch Menu
Chef Tony, who leads food service in the Ponte Vedra Hall lunch room, has introduced a fun challenge to students in the new year that encourages interaction with family and a focus on healthy meal planning.
The chef is asking students to bring in a favorite soup recipe from someone in their family. The recipes must be nut free – and delicious!
Once the week’s submissions have been received, he will select one student’s name and their recipe will be the featured soup the following week. What a souper way to start slurping in new kitchen lessons!
