Sixth grade advisors Shelley Schaberg and Mindy Kelly combined their advisory groups for a successful “Nonprofit Bonanza” in early May.  Students formed teams and chose a nonprofit from a list. They researched each organization to find out how it started, whom it served and how they could support the mission. Each team then presented to the whole group about the organization they studied. Advisors reported students learned a lot about how they can help others and had a great time!
