Russell ’28 Leads Bolles Swimmers in Open Water Nationals
Four Bolles swimmers competed at the USA Swimming Open Water National and Junior National Championships, held April 2-4 in Sarasota. Charlie Russell ’28 led the way, placing eighth in the Men’s 5K Junior National Championship. Russell also finished eighth in the Men’s 3K Knockout Championship. Lucas Lieberman ’29 competed in the 5K Junior National Championship and 3K Knockout Championship as well, placing 54th in the 5K and 13th in round 1, heat 2 of the knockout event. Sharks Club member Skylar Revere placed 29th and Elizabeth Christie ’30 placed 63rd in the Women’s 5K Junior National Championship.
