It was a week packed with showing gratitude and spreading joy for students on both the Bolles Lower School Whitehurst Campus and Bolles Lower School Ponte Vedra Beach Campus February 12-15.
Random Acts of Kindness Week encouraged Bulldogs to practice kindness in their daily lives and realize the impact their compassion and consideration can make on others.
Bolles lower school faculty and staff planned focused announcements and lessons, several special activities and a take-home BINGO game for students to work on with their families. Kindness BINGO squares included giving a friend or family member a hug, picking up litter, letting someone skip in line and holding open a door.
Grade 2 students on the Whitehurst Campus all checked off their “singing an uplifting song” BINGO square when they performed “Try a Little Kindness” at Flag on February 15. See the video above.
Students who turned in their BINGO cards to their teachers with one row or column completed were entered into a drawing for a chance to win prizes on each campus. #BulldogsInspiringGoodness
