PVB Third Graders Go Galactic in “Aliens Among U.S.”

Bolles Lower School Ponte Vedra Beach Campus third graders landed on the George Hall stage for “Aliens Among U.S.” on October 30 – a clever, musical journey across the United States as curious extraterrestrials searched for the perfect place to call home.

Directed by lower school music and drama teacher Stacey Posick, the aliens traveled through different regions—the Southwest, New England, Pacific Coast, the Southeast and U.S. territories—learning about geography, state capitals and local culture. Each group of scouts presented their findings with humor, songs and even a game show segment, making the learning fun and engaging.

The performance was brought to life with an out-of-this-world set that transformed the stage into a colorful cosmos of creativity, complete with interstellar backdrops and imaginative props that enhanced the galactic theme.

As the aliens reported back, they discovered that every part of the country had something unique to offer. From Mount Rushmore to the Grand Canyon and from bustling cities to peaceful coastlines, the play celebrates the diversity of the U.S. and the joy of exploration.
