Bolles Lower School Ponte Vedra Beach Campus Pre-K teachers Melissa Nicholson ’90 and Kim Wingo transformed their classroom into a magical campground filled with s’more learning for our youngest learners February 28.

The Bulldogs explored the letter “S” with centers that included measuring camping items with marshmallows, making fishing lures with beads for patterning practice, fishing for the alphabet, cutting out an “S” and painting it with marshmallows and a sensory bin with frogs, flies, rocks and more.

Other activities included a flashlight hunt in the cafeteria for camping words, making s’mores and hiking to the Wotiz Family Outdoor Learning Center “The Treehouse” and finding different animal footprints.
