This summer, Bolles senior Jai Patel ’27 completed a two-week internship in Washington, D.C., with U.S. Rep. Raja Krishnamoorthi of Illinois.

During the internship, Patel gained firsthand experience with the work of a congressional office, helping support a variety of responsibilities while learning more about the legislative process and public service.

Earlier this summer, Patel also attended Florida Boys State in Tallahassee after being selected as one of a handful of Bolles students to participate in the leadership and government program.
