Bolles football players Asher Ghioto ’28 and Xander Edwards ’28 were named Sophomore All-Americans by Rivals with Ghioto also being named to the overall All-American Second Team. The announcement notes of Edwards, “Edwards had himself a breakout season playing for the FHSAA Class 2A state semifinalist Bolles Bulldogs.The sophomore running back averaged a ridiculous 9.9 yards per carry and rushed for 2,629 and scored 44 times on the ground. Add in his 17 catches for 211 yards and Edwards finishes just shy of 3,000 all-purpose yards for the 2025 season.”

On Ghioto, the announcement shared, “No matter where Ghioto lined up on the defensive line, the 6-foot-5, 240-pound EDGE rusher was causing havoc for opposing offensive linemen.Ghioto finished the season totaling 84 tackles, 35 for a loss and 23 sacks.”
