The 2021-22 Fourth Quarter President’s List recipients were announced during an all-campus convocation in Davis Gym on May 17.

Each quarter during the academic year, upper school faculty and staff nominate students for the award. A faculty committee receives the submissions and identifies stand-out student candidates who best exemplify The Bolles Way by pursuing excellence through courage, integrity and compassion. The selected students are announced during a special convocation four times a year.

This year’s Fourth Quarter President’s List recipients are:

• Diya Patel ’23 and Will Chamberlain ’23: They are receiving the honor this quarter for the hard work and heart they applied toward the Angel Closet initiative this year. Thanks to their organization and donations, the Angel Closet at PV/Rawlings Elementary School was able to continue offering daily snacks to students in-need. We are so proud of the way these students saw a critical need and successfully implemented a plan to fill it. Their leadership and dedication to the community is inspiring to all.
• Tommy Zhang ’22 and Alston Qin ’25: They are receiving the honor this quarter for the work they applied toward organizing Chinese Week this year. The driving force behind the Bolles Chinese Club, Tommy and Alston enthusiastically managed all elements of the weeklong celebration – including putting together a Chinese New Year Dinner in the Resident Life Program, scheduling a range of activities for their peers and decorating the campus. Their leadership was well received by our community.
