The Bolles Class of 2025 included the first students to complete the Global Scholar Program: Abby Bradley ’25, Alexiya Downer ’25, Anaiya Nahar ’25 and Emerson Smith ’25.

Program requirements included academic courses focused on global learning and language fluency, a travel abroad program, independent projects and research, attendance at student discussions and dialogues, and active participation in globally-focused clubs and programming. View complete program requirements on the Global Scholar Program webpage.

The culmination of the program is the Global Capstone. In their final semester, each student completed in-depth research into a global issue, interviewed experts in the field and took action to make an impact on that issue. In April, students presented their work on campus to the Bolles community, family and friends and also created online portfolios to highlight aspects of their work.

  • Abby Bradley ’25 – “Rethinking Fast Fashion”
  • Alexiya Downer ’25 – “Lessons from The Blue Zones”
  • Anaiya Nahar ’25 – “Increasing Employment Opportunities for Individuals with Disabilities”
  • Emerson Smith ’25 – “Reducing Household Waste with Backyard Hens”

As Global Scholars, the students received a global designation on their diploma and transcript. Congratulations, Bulldogs! #BollesGlobal
