Bolles alumnus Spencer Cummings ’92, a shareholder at Gunster, was named among the Jacksonville Business Journal’s 2019 Ultimate Attorneys. The honor is awards to those who have “elevated the legal profession and have helped shape Jacksonville’s business community” as nominated by their peers. Cummings was selected in the Real Estate Law category.

“Cummings is committed to combining his knowledge of the law with a business-like approach to real estate,” noted a news story on Gunster.com. “His practice focuses on commercial real estate development, sales, purchases, leasing, and financing. Cummings has substantial experience in the development of large master planned communities and in commercial leasing throughout Florida. As head of Gunster’s Leasing practice, he advises both landlords and tenants on lease transactions including office, industrial and retail leases.”

Cummings will be honored at the Ultimate Attorney Awards ceremony held at The River Club on March 7.
