Community Connections Carnival Delivers Smiles and Spooky Fun

Bolles Upper School San Jose Campus students brought seasonal cheer to children served by Sanctuary on 8th Street during the annual Community Connections Halloween Carnival on October 29. Sanctuary on 8th Street is a local nonprofit dedicated to encouraging and empowering Jacksonville youth and families in need.

More than 80 students from over 40 Bolles clubs and organizations hosted fall-themed activities, games and treats at booths lining the River Campus sidewalks. From ring toss and trivia to face painting and festive crafts, upper school students enjoyed connecting with the kids and making their Halloween even more enchanting.

This annual event offers upper school students a meaningful way to practice servant leadership, reflecting The Bolles Way, which calls them to pursue excellence through courage, integrity and compassion.
