Bulldog Parent Shares Coffee, Culture with Arabic Classes

Bulldog parent Zeina Ossi, mother of Rose Ossi ’23, recently stopped by the Upper School San Jose Campus to teach students taking Arabic classes how to make Turkish coffee, a common drink in the Arab world. Upper school language teacher Sara Phillips-Bourass said her students also prepared questions for Ossi, and they were able to ask them and understand her answers in Arabic.
