Boys’ Cross Country Wins State, Girls are Runner-up

The Bolles boys won the Class 2A team title and the girls placed second at the Cross Country State Championships in Tallahassee on November 22. The state championship is the ninth in boys’ program history and the Bulldogs have placed in the top two at state for ten straight years. The girls’ team earned its 13th runner-up finish, placing in the top two for 18 straight seasons.

Arrian Sharma ’26 placed seventh and Armaan Sharma ’29 placed eighth to lead the Bolles boys. JP Bracamontes ’27 (14th), Aidan Chandler ’27 (22nd), Henry Camp ’27 (32nd), Charlie Moore ’28 (62nd) and Max Truog ’27 (100th) completed the boys’ line-up.

Kavya Patel ’27 placed ninth and Sofie Stam ’29 placed tenth to lead the Bolles girls. They were followed by Charlotte Joseph ’26 (15th), Paulina Becker ’26 (19th), Palmer Edwards ’27 (26th), Peyton Hoover ’28 (31st) and Emily Loftin ’26 (68th).
