Bolles Robotics Shines at Inaugural Robo Rally Invitational Tournament

Bolles Robotics proudly represented the School at the inaugural Robo Rally Invitational Tournament held in Apopka, Florida, on June 25–26. Although several team members were unable to attend, the remaining three members of The Byte Side embraced the challenge and made the most of the exciting two-day event.

Competing alongside 19 other teams, The Byte Side collaborated, strategized and shared ideas with fellow robotics enthusiasts from across the region. Team members showcased their approaches to solving real-world challenges related to cave exploration, while also exchanging innovative concepts, gameplay strategies and technical inspirations discovered throughout the competition.

Beyond the competition itself, the event provided valuable opportunities to build new friendships, learn from other teams and gain fresh perspectives on robotics design and problem-solving. The experience left the team energized and eager to bring home new ideas that will be incorporated into preparations for the upcoming robotics season, which begins August 1.

Adding to the excitement, Coach Gabrielle Fudge was honored with the prestigious Coach/Mentor Award Trophy, recognizing her outstanding leadership, dedication and positive impact on students and the robotics community.

Congratulations to The Byte Side and Coach Fudge on a successful and memorable Robo Rally experience. We look forward to seeing what the team accomplishes in the new season!
