Bolles Alumni Share the Field in NFL Preseason Game
Bolles alumni Caden Fordham ’21 and Jack Pyburn ’22 took the field in their hometown as the Jacksonville Jaguars hosted the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the final preseason game for both National Football League teams on August 28. The duo was joined on the field for a post-game photo with fellow Bolles alum Dr. Kevin Kaplan ’95, Head Physician for the Jaguars and Bolles Bulldogs.
Fordham and Pyburn both signed as undrafted free agents with Tampa Bay for the 2026 National Football League preseason. Both playing at linebacker, Fordham recorded nine tackles and two tackles for loss and Pyburn tallied 10 tackles, four sacks and five tackles for loss in three games.
Fordham was signed to the Buccaneers’ 53-man roster to start the regular season. Despite a strong preseason, Pyburn was cut by the Buccaneers but quickly signed by the Kansas City Chiefs.
