Bolles Middle School Bartram Campus Head Joshua Bauman, who is in his first year in the campus leadership role, hosted special “Mr. Bauman’s Neighborhood” convocations with students in each grade level. Held over three days, the convocations provided an opportunity for students to ask Bauman pre-submitted questions and learn more about him. Subsequently, Bauman learned much about the student community as he turned most questions back to students. Students learned their new Campus Head enjoys spending time with his family and would choose sushi if he had to eat one food for the rest of his life. He speaks Spanish and has watched a lot of “Frozen” in recent months with his two- and five-year-old daughters. Bauman’s motto was inspired by one daughter’s wise words of advice: smile your face up. While playing professional soccer sounds like a great job, he said the job he has now is his dream job. Welcome to Bolles, Mr. Bauman! We are so happy you are here!
