Bolles Director of Global Learning and Engagement Natalia Aycart has been selected as a Global Education Benchmark Group Action Research Fellow and is invited to join a cohort focused on developing faculty global competence.

Through the program, Aycart will be supported with many resources and skills including

• A deeper understanding of the topic through exploring a curated set of research and tools
• Leadership skill development
• Structures to support design and implementation of a new or pilot pgoram
• The opportunity to present or publish insights on the topic
• Individual feedback
• And ongoing community
