Authentic Supplies Enhance Arabic Calligraphy Workshop
Bolles upper school Arabic teacher Sara Phillips-Bourass provided a calligraphy workshop for students taking Arabic 1 and Arabic 3 in her classroom in Ulmer Hall on February 7.
The lesson was enhanced with traditional calligraphy supplies – including authentic reed pens, paper and ink from Pakistan, provided by Matthew Chanan-Khan ’27’s father.
