Four Bulldogs Named to T-U’s Super 24
Burroughs-Caldwell-Fordham-Sparks

Four Bolles football players were named to the Florida Times-Union’s 2025-26 Super 24, a list of the top-rated high school football recruits across Jacksonville and Northeast Florida. The four players were honored for their college athletic commitments in a ceremony on December 3 in Davis Gym as Naeem Burroughs ’26 signed with Clemson University, Simeon Caldwell ’26 signed with Ohio State University, Corbyn Fordham ’26 signed with Florida State University and JJ Sparks ’26 signed with the University of Miami.

The Times-Union shared profiles for each player:

Burroughs (wide receiver): A four-star recruit in the national top 10 for the position, Burroughs closes his career near Northeast Florida's all-time lead in most major receiving categories (174 receptions, 3,782 yards, 52 touchdowns). He caught 58 passes for 1,275 yards and 18 scores this year, all career highs, and collected 4,805 career all-purpose yards at Bolles, 1,574 this year. He selected Clemson in March and twice won FHSAA track titles in the 4x100-meter relay. Older brother Quincy Burroughs is now at Western Kentucky.

Caldwell (linebacker/safety): Four-star recruit, among nation's top 15 in 247Sports composite, could play effectively as linebacker or safety. Committed to Ohio State in April, he signed with the Buckeyes in December. Finished 2025 with 112 tackles, two interceptions and two fumble recoveries, plus a 71-yard fake punt touchdown in the Class 2A final. He also owns state track championships in the 4x100-meter relay. His father, Mike Caldwell, played 11 NFL seasons at linebacker before entering coaching.

Fordham (tight end): After flipping from Ohio State to Florida State in October, he's on pace to become a second-generation Seminole. His father, Todd Fordham, won a national championship at FSU under Bobby Bowden on his road to the NFL. Fordham caught 27 passes for 311 yards and three touchdowns in Bolles' Class 2A runner-up season. Rated as a three-star recruit.

Sparks (offensive lineman): A four-year starter with the Bulldogs, Sparks lined up chiefly at guard this season but has the versatility to handle multiple positions. He's a mauler in the run game, part of a five-senior front that cleared the path for 3,349 team rushing yards. Sparks is a three-star recruit and committed to Miami in April.
