PVB Campus Farmers Market

Students, teachers, and parents alike had a fresh load of spring shopping at the fifth annual Farmers Market! It was a gorgeous day with the sounds of steel drums amplifying the already festive mood. Children had the opportunity to purchase locally grown fruits, vegetables, and flowers in addition to locally made honey, cheeses, soaps, pet foods…the list goes on and on! Fifth graders set up their annual bake sale for the sweet tooth in all of us! Miniature ponies from Hooves for Humanity and Bolles PVB’s very own recently hatched chicks were the celebrities of the market. Fabulous fun was had by all while raising awareness about the importance of local foods and products in our communities.
