2012-2013 Fine Arts Calendar for The Bolles School, including Gallery Schedules
“Grade Four Play - Whitehurst” - Michael Fritton, director, Andrea Duke, music director, and Tiffany Gonzalez, art director will be presented at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, September 25 in the McGehee Auditorium on the San Jose Campus.
“Grade Two Play - Whitehurst” - Michael Fritton, director, Andrea Duke, music director, and Tiffany Gonzalez, art director will be presented at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, October 14 in the McGehee Auditorium on the San Jose Campus.
“Instrumental Music Recital” - Don Zentz, coordinator, will be presented at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 6 in historic Bolles Hall on the San Jose Campus. Bolles upper and middle school band students will be performing solos and small chamber ensemble music.
“Grade Three Play – Ponte Vedra Beach Campus” – Brooks Anne Meierdierks, director, will be presented on Wednesday, November 14 in the Ponte Vedra Hall. A specific time will be announced at a later date.
“The Man Who Came to Dinner” - Laura Rippel, director, will be presented at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, November 15– 17 the McGehee Auditorium on the San Jose Campus. Reservations are required: (904)256-5246.
“Grade Four Play – Ponte Vedra Beach Campus” – Brooks Anne Meierdierks, director, will be presented on Tuesday, November 20 in the Ponte Vedra Hall. A specific time will be announced at a later date.
“The Middle School Chorus Fall Concert” - Rachel Clifton, conductor, will be presented at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, November 29 in the Parker Auditorium on the Bartram Campus.
“The Upper School Chorus Concert” - Rachel Clifton, conductor, will be presented at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 4 in the McGehee Auditorium on the San Jose Campus.
“The Middle School Band Fall Concert” - Margaret Vance, conductor, will be presented at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, December 6 in the Parker Auditorium on the Bartram Campus.
“The Upper School Symphonic Band Fall Concert” - Donald Zentz, conductor, will be presented at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 1 1in the Parker Auditorium on the Bartram Campus.
“Whitehurst Campus Holiday Concert wiPre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten, Grades One and Two” - Andrea Duke, director, will be presented at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 11 in the McGehee Auditorium on the San Jose Campus.

“Ponte Vedra Campus Holiday Concert” - Andrea Duke, director, will be presented at 9 a.m. with Pre-Kindergarten – Second Grade, and at 10:30 a.m. with Third – Fifth Grade on Friday, December 14 in the Ponte Vedra Hall.
“Upper School Drama Showcase” - Laura Rippel, director, will be presented at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, January 9 in the McGehee Auditorium on the San Jose Campus.

“Private Schools Honor Band”, comprised of select symphonic band members from private schools within the district, will be held on Saturday, February 23 at 7:30 p.m. in Terry Concert Hall on campus at Jacksonville University. Guest conductor will be noted band composer Robert Sheldon.
“Cinderella – Middle School Musical” – Michael Fritton, director, Rachel Clifton, musical director, will be presented at 7:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, March 1 and 2 in Parker Auditorium on the Bartram Campus.
“Independent Schools Music Festival – Concert Adjudication” will be held on Tuesday, March 5 in Parker Auditorium on the Bartram Campus from 1 – 7 p.m. Private school concert bands will be performing including the Bolles middle and upper school bands. Performance times to be announced.
“Grade Two Play – Ponte Vedra Beach Campus” – Brooks Anne Meierdierks, director, will be presented on Wednesday, March 6 in the Ponte Vedra Hall. A specific time will be announced at a later date.

“Bolles Jazz Night” - featuring the Bartram Jazz Ensemble, Maggie Vance, director, and the Upper School Jazz Ensemble, Don Zentz, director, will be presented on Tuesday, April 9 at 7:30 p.m. in Parker Auditorium on the Bartram Campus. Special guests will also be performing.

September - May: Upper School student work will rotate on a monthly basis and those students who have artwork in Bolles Hall will be included in the reception held in the Gooding Gallery each month.
