Middle School (6-8)
Bolles middle school students continue to develop their identities and build their independence under the guidance of caring faculty and advisors. On the Bartram Campus, located on Pottsburg Creek, students learn responsibility, decision-making, and time management as they explore all things possible in an environment with their peers. The middle school curriculum encourages students’ expanding interests while they while further hone their study habits and are well-prepared to take on the challenges and decisions of upper school.
The School continues to enhance the academic programs offered in middle school through the curriculum, facilities, and resources.
• The middle and upper school science curriculum has been recently revised to offer even more age-appropriate course opportunities to students.
• Classroom renovations continue on the Bartram Campus, complimenting the unique campus specifically designed for the middle school students.
• The Bartram Campus language lab was replaced with a new and improved computer language lab. Bolles language students are now the first in the country to use Schoolshape, a new web-based language lab that allows for advanced teaching applications with additional lab support for the language department. The lab also serves a dual role of providing more computers to students and teachers so other content classes can visit the lab to work on projects or research.
