Character Development Initiative at Bolles

A number of initiatives are underway at Bolles to focus the School’s attention on character development. These initiatives are important to the development of the good character in Bolles students and are a pivotal part of the School’s mission.

The Character Development Initiative Committee was formed in 2010 with the goal of presenting tangible recommendations to be implemented on all campuses. The committee includes faculty and staff from each of the School’s four campuses and from a cross-section of key areas.

One of the first products of the committee’s work is the following statement, exemplifying the School’s mission in a meaningful way.
