PVB Campus Hosts Third Annual Spring Art Show
The Bolles Lower School Ponte Vedra Beach Campus hosted its third annual Spring Art Show on Thursday, May 1, from 5:30-7:30 p.m. in the campus' multi-purpose room. The show included paintings and clay pieces created by students in Pre-K through Grade 5 in faculty member Jeanette Edwards' art classes. Drama teacher Brooks Anne Meierdierks has also worked with Grade 2 students to perform a play, When Pigasso Met Mootisse, from 6-6:30 p.m.
Event co-chairs Randy Evans and Patti Hughes, both Ponte Vedra Beach Campus parents, started the show in 2006 and chaired the event each year. It has grown to over 1,000 pieces of art, including at least three to four pieces from each student.
