Girls’ Golf Wins Regional
The Bolles girls' golf team won the Region 2-A Championship for the second consecutive year led by repeat individual champion Amelia Lewis. Lewis won by four strokes with a 2-under par 70 at the Fernandina Beach Golf Club on Monday, October 22.
Bolles posted a team score of 337, 24 strokes of runner-up Providence. Andra Riegler (87), Ellie Doyle (89), Mia Zanghetti (91), and Colleen Murphy (92) completed the Bolles squad.
The team next travels to the state tournament, October 30-31, at the Ridgewood Lakes Golf & Country Club in Davenport.
