College Scholarship Signings Feb. 3
Several Bolles student-athletes were honored on February 3 for committing to a particular college or university to continue their athletic and academic careers. The ceremony was held in McGehee Auditorium. Several students, faculty, and family members attended the ceremony to congratulate these student-athletes and share in this special reward for their hard work and commitment. Several members of the local media were in attendance to cover the event as well.
The following students were honored:
Brent Benedict (football)- University of Georgia
Desmond Cooper (football)- Wake Forest University
Jawan Jamison (football)- Rutgers University
Dylan Gidado (men’s track and field)- The Citadel
Caroline Triglia (women’s soccer)- University of Florida
In addition to these student-athletes, Jay Herndon (football) signed with the University of Arkansas later in the day.
