Bolles Wrestlers Advance to State
The Bolles wrestling team placed eighth out of 29 teams at the Region 1-1A tournament at Clay High School on February 12-13. Three wrestlers advanced to the state tournament in Lakeland on February 19-20: Robbey Pye (2nd at 119 lbs.), Matt Howell (4th at 130 lbs.), and Daniel Igel (1st at 152 lbs.). All seven Bolles wrestlers competing at the region tournament scored team points with Bryce Newman, Austin McDonald, Tim Betros, and Will Collier rounding out the Bolles squad.
