Masters of Art: June 15-19 and June 22-26

Rising 1st – 3rd graders 9 am – Noon
Rising 4th – 5th graders 1 – 4 pm
Art students will explore the life and work of a new artist each day. Each week of camp will be unique so that students may attend either weekly session or both.
- Week One will include Leonardo Da Vinci, Kandinsky, Monet, Picasso, and Andy Warhol. We will use clay, watercolors, oil pastels, acrylic, and tempera paints to make creations inspired by each artist.
- Week Two will study Caravaggio, Rembrandt, Vincent Van Gogh, Matisse, and Chagal. Our artistic creations will be of pencil, etching, oil pastels, watercolors, tempera and acrylic paints.
Ready, Set, Grow! June 22 - 26

Rising Kindergarteners
9 am - Noon
Come and have fun while learning and growing! You worked so hard in Pre-K, now it’s time to get ready for Kindergarten. We’ll meet at the “starting gate” and take off for a neat week of activities. We’ll review skills you learned in Pre-Kindergarten and introduce what to expect in Kindergarten. You’ll feel proud when we reach the “finish line”
Stepping Stones to First Grade June 15 - 19

Rising 1st graders
9 am – Noon
Moving on to First Grade does not have to take “leaps and bounds”. Come join us as we “step” into First Grade. We will review skills that you learned in Kindergarten and introduce what to expect in First Grade. We’ll take a fun approach to learning and even have time for a snack time activity.
Mummies, Pyramids, and Pharaohs July 6 - 10

Rising 2nd – 4th graders
**9 am – 3 pm
Take a creative reading and writing adventure into the wondrous days of Ancient Egypt. Using fiction and non-fiction we’ll explore many aspects of this fascinating culture. Campers will work in small groups and independently to build pyramids, make simple costumes, create stories, use interactive computer games, and much more including a dramatic Reader’s Theater based on the Magic Tree House book Mummies in the Morning.
**(Campers will need to bring a lunch including drink each day. A morning snack will be provided.)
Our Outrageously Awesome Ocean July 13 – 17

Rising 1st, 2nd, & 3rd graders
9 am - Noon
Come explore the depths of the ocean as we travel beneath its blue waters. Campers will work in small groups and individually while engaging in experiments and investigations of the wonders of its abundant and amazing life forms, includes art, cooking, and computer activities. This entertaining and educational camp will spark your child’s natural curiosity and love of the sea!
Creepy Crawlers July 20 – 24

Rising 1st, 2nd, & 3rd graders
9 am - Noon
Bugs! They are everywhere – crawling, flying, jumping!!! We’ll study these creepy minibeasts’ strange bodies, their amazing camouflage, and their interesting life cycles. We’ll build bug boxes, go on a bug scavenger hunt, do computer-based investigations, and many more hands-on exciting activities. We’ll Be Busily Buzzing about Bugs!!
Mini Math Olympiads July 13 – 17
Teacher: Jeff Cornell
Tuition: ($135)
Rising 4th & 5th graders
** Two Sessions: 9 am – Noon & 1pm – 4 pm
In the spirit of the Olympic Games, campers will face the exciting challenge of math problems, games, and competitions. Campers will have the opportunity to work collaboratively and individually while exploring a variety of math concepts in fun and engaging activities. By the end of the week, you will feel like a math champion!
Writers’ Workshop July 20 - 24
Teacher: Jeff Cornell
Tuition: ($135)
Rising 4th & 5th graders
** Two Sessions: 9 am – Noon & 1pm – 4 pm
Write, illustrate, and create your own hardcover book! Campers will explore a variety of ways to celebrate their writing while exploring the process of journaling and the stages of the writing process.
Each Camp Session is limited to 15 campers.
If enrollment is not sufficient (less than 5), the teacher has the option to cancel. parents will be informed of the session cancellation as soon as possible, but at least two weeks before the starting date. In such a case, your tuition will be fully refunded.
Cancellation by parents must also be made a two weeks in advance for a full refund.
