Day camp is for children entering kindergarten through sixth grade in the fall of 2008. Campers meet on the Bolles Lower School Whitehurst Campus and are grouped into dens according to age and grade level. Campers may register for one or all sessions. Camp activities include swimming, arts and crafts, various sports, archery, double-dog challenge, and other activities planned by the directors. Our waterfront activities on the St. Johns River include any combination of canoeing, kayaking, boat riding, and tubing. Various special events are planned as well. All campers should bring or wear a bathing suit to camp every day. Play clothes that are compatible with the spills, dust, and fun of a day of camp are suggested, and tennis shoes with white soles are required for play on our tennis courts.

Day camp meets Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3:15 p.m.

There is no need to pack a lunch or a snack, as children are served a delicious lunch and, weather permitting, will be served a snow-cone every afternoon. Both morning and afternoon extended day care are available at an additional cost.

Ultimately, our goal is to send your sons and daughters home with smiles on their faces, excited about participating again the next day.
